Bobby Schiavone
Bobby Schiavone serves as the vice president of multifamily investment sales for Northmarq’s Louisville office, where his focus and expertise lead the efforts in the states of Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio. Specializing in multifamily transactions throughout the Midwest, he is responsible for business development, leading valuation and strategic analysis on acquisitions and dispositions, sales negotiation and transaction execution.
Before joining Northmarq, Bobby was a managing director at Triad Real Estate Partners, where he opened and ran the Louisville, Kentucky, office and successfully closed deals totaling more than $300 million. Bobby also is the Founding Partner / Principal of MB3 Investments, a private equity firm that raises capital for multi family, short term rental and development. Currently MB3 owns and manages multiple short term rentals in several states and has multiple developments in Kentucky. Beyond Northmarq, Bobby holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisville. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, managing his investment properties, staying active and spending time with family / friends.
Matthew Williams
Matthew is an Area Vice President for Strategic Marketing based in Louisville, Kentucky. He began his career with Strategic Marketing in 2017 and very quickly rose the ranks to become VP closing over $12 million in new business. Matthew consistently exceeded expectations achieving sales objectives and building strong relationships with clients. While achieving tremendous success at Strategic Marketing, he has had a keen insight into real estate over the years. Matthew has invested into multiple real estate deals over several years.
Matthew is also the Founding Partner / Principal of MB3 Investments, a private equity real estate firm that operates, manages, and raises capital for real estate and development deals in growing markets around the country. Currently MB3 owns and manages multiple short-term rentals in several states and developing multiple projects in Louisville, KY. Matthew has his BS from the University of Kentucky and is an avid Wildcats Fan. In his spare time he enjoys adventuring outdoors, traveling, golfing, managing his properties, going to the gym, networking and of course spending
time with family and friends.
